SHIPPING: Typically in disposable 55-gallon barrels with easy-open, resealable lock rings. Also available in 5-gallon buckets.
SAFETY AND HANDLING: No special handling requirements. Resin is very safe. Ships as an unclassified, non-hazardous material. Passes EPA recommended TCLP leacheate test, showing no detectable VOC’s. Stock can be retained over several seasons and remain in suspension.
TRAIL BINDER DILUTION: With water in ratios between 5:1 and 20:1, depending upon application and environment. Standard is 8:1. Instructions
GENERAL APPLICATION SUMMARY: Apply during dry weather window. Dilute with water and apply to soil or aggregate per Application Protocol and/or mix design. Compact if desired for higher load-bearing capability.
CAUTIONS: Product cannot freeze during handling. Do not store above 120 degrees F. Product must dry to begin polymerization. Product polymerizes at 50 degrees F and above, therefore application temperature should be above that for a good portion of the day of application and several days thereafter. Nighttime temperature can dip below this level. Dry conditions are best.
